The largest room in the hotel is the Okuzashiki. Even though you are inside the hotel, you can enjoy the atmosphere of an annex, with a path leading to your room. This room is a renovated rice storehouse built about 280 years ago, and you can enjoy an attic-like atmosphere with a view of the thick ridgepole and beams. From the sofa corner in the back of the Western-style bedroom, you can see Achi Shrine, which stands on the top of Mt. Tsurugata, through the hotel's roof tiles.
